Insights Discovery 1:1 Profile Conversation
A 1:1 Insights Discovery Conversation is a personalized coaching session designed to help an individual understand their Insights Discovery profile, which is based on a psychometric tool that identifies behavioral preferences using a color-coded system (Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, Cool Blue).
Key Elements of the Conversation
- Profile Interpretation: Explanation of the individual's color energy mix and how it influences communication, decision-making, and working style.
- Strengths and Challenges: Insights into personal strengths, blind spots, and areas for development.

Discovery Full Circle (360 Feedback)
Insights Discovery Full Circle is a 360-degree feedback tool designed to enhance self-awareness and improve workplace relationships by comparing an individual's self-perception with how they are perceived by others. Unlike traditional assessments that focus on competencies, this tool emphasizes personality preferences using the non-judgmental language of Insights Discovery's color energies: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue.
