Emma, Founder and Principal at Lidia Solutions, has worked in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology over the past two decades, in a variety of internal and external roles including executive coaching, leadership program management, talent management, and the facilitation of management courses. She is passionate about learning and development, especially seeing her clients learn, grow, and thrive.
